Point of sale
that works when
the internet doesn't.
TableQ runs on a small server in your building — not in someone else's data centre. Tickets keep printing and tabs keep opening when the line goes down, because nothing you need is on the other side of it.

Your till
shouldn't need
the internet.
Because the connection will go down
Ask anyone running a cloud POS in a small town what happens on a Friday night when the line drops. Cloud systems degrade to a cached, limited mode — if you're lucky. TableQ doesn't degrade, because the server taking the order is forty feet away.
Because the fees never stop
Per terminal, per month, forever, rising every renewal. Add a till for the patio in summer and you pay for it in February too. TableQ is software you install, and adding a terminal costs you the price of a tablet.
Because it's your data
Sales, staff hours, customers — all of it in a database in your building, that you can back up, read and take with you. Not in an account that gets frozen the month you decide to leave.
Because someone should answer the phone
It's supported by the people who wrote it, in Saskatchewan. If something needs hands on it, we drive.
Drag-and-drop floorplan you set up once. Tables colour-coded by status with open totals showing, so a glance at the screen tells you where the room is at.
Add items to a seat, group them into courses, hold and fire when the room is ready. Modifiers, shared items and line notes. Splitting the bill later actually works because the seats were right from the start.
Tickets print to the right station over the network — no Windows drivers, no print server. Add stations as you grow, and route tickets differently from each tablet.
Pay in full or split by seat, evenly, or by amount. Cash, card and other tenders with tips. Print the guest check before payment, and the receipt after.
PIN login, clock in and out, per-server end-of-night reconciliation with no shared till. Managers can fix a forgotten clock-out, and every change is written to the audit log.
End-of-day sales, payment breakdown, voids and comps, sales by category, labour. GST and PST broken out per receipt and totalled for remittance — keyed to your business day, not to midnight.
Once.
Not every
month.
No subscription. No per-terminal fee. You buy the system and the hardware once. Adding a till for the patio costs you a tablet, not another line on the invoice forever.
Install, hardware and setup. Server, tablets and network printers sourced at dealer pricing, configured, installed on site, and your menu loaded before you open. Priced per restaurant after we've seen the room.
Optional support agreements are available. They're optional — the system keeps running whether or not you're paying us.
